Testimonial

Please note that any testimonial you might offer here will be viewable on this public website and can be shared at will by any member of the community.  I would encourage you not to list your full name or any identifying information about yourself and also I would encourage you not to post a picture of yourself or your family.  Your beautiful garden or lovely pet may be fun, but it is shocking how easy it is to find people with even these very unassuming photos.  I love seeing photos but let's keep that just in session and not online for your safety!

If you have a concern or complaint about the care that I have provided for you please know that while I try very hard to get things perfect, sometimes words don't land the way I wish they had or if I missed getting a refill in for you on time certainly let me know that has happened.  I don't feel that these things happen very often as I try to be an extremely careful provider, but if something isn't going well for you let's talk it through.  I know I am not the provider for everyone, and I know that as a fellow human I will make mistakes on occasion.  Please know that I care about these things deeply and I am able to accept criticism as it is the only way we grow.  I do believe in the restorative power of the therapeutic alliance and sometimes in exploring what went wrong we learn a lot about the many ways we can turn it around to make it right!
