For current patients -

• you can contact me via the FollowMyHealth patient portal. If you don't have this set up please let me know so we can get that working for you! It is the fastest way to communicate with me.
  
• you can message with me via text message at the above phone number but please know that it is not a HIPAA compliant means of communication. You can choose to use it to send brief messages that are not related to your plan of care or constitute an emergency.
• you can send me an email message with my office email you were given at your appointment with me.
• you can call and leave me a brief voice mail to send you a HIPAA compliant secure text link and I will send you a message via the secure text, HIPAA compliant, text program that I use through Updox. This allows us to communicate in a HIPAA compliant manner that I can then include in your medical record. At this time unfortunately I have to initiate the text messaging so please leave me a voice mail that you would like me to open up a text channel for us to communicate.
